We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion (e.g., offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate designs).

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for checking tracking information and contacting the carrier for delivery issues.

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of many of our products, returns and refunds may be limited.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Item arrives damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was received

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details to be eligible.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
