Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blue Sage Artistry! Each item is thoughtfully handmade, and many are custom-created just for you. Because of the nature of handmade and customized products, please review our return and refund policy below.


Note: Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Photos of the issue are provided for verification


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Sale or clearance items
     

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Photos of item and packaging
  • Description of the issue
     

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.


Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing
  • 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank
     

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is needed and approved, you may reorder after receiving your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Claims for damaged items must include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
     

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Blue Sage Artistry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
